The open designed apartment is to find on the entrance floor. It is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room area and a separate bedroom area. This small apartment can be used separately or in combination with the large apartment.

The large apartment is reachable via a staircase. This apartment has got a large living area with room-height windows which are a perfect element to connect room with the outdoor area. There are southward terraces and east- & westward rooftop gardens with a view into a park. The kitchen and the living room are due to the room height windows flooded with sunlight and furnished in a harmonic design.
The large apartment as got a living space, a kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons. A flat screen TV and WLAN is available. The terraces are equipped with sunbeds, outdoor furniture and parasols.
The second floor accommodates the 2 master bedrooms with box spring beds and wardrobes and a balcony. On this floor the elegant and modern bathroom is located too. It is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. The attic floor accommodates a single box spring bed.
