Honigparadies

At the southern border of Nebel, close to the waddensea, on the way to Steenodde lies the ‘Honigparadies’. Many trees surround the honey yellow building. The name ‘Honigparadies’ comes from the times when there were quite a few colonies of bees around here. Today the ‘Honigparadies’ is a youth hostel with 72 beds and a huge ground for all sorts of activities. Every year many hundred kids come to stay here for their school trip. It is perfectly located right outside Nebel in the center of the island. When you step outside the building you are right in the nature, there’s almost no traffic around here.
